Change of mind (14 days)

You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in resaleable condition with original packaging where practical.

• Customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns, unless we tell you to keep the item.
• Keep-it refund: for items priced £20 or under, we may refund without requiring a return — we will confirm this when you contact us.

Faulty or not as described (30 days)

If an item is faulty or not as described, you can reject it within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act. In those cases we pay return postage (or arrange collection) once we confirm the issue.

How to start a return

Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason. Do not send items back until we confirm the return address and process — unsolicited returns may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and check the return (or after we confirm a keep-it refund). Processing usually takes a few working days once approved.
